Changes amid COVID-19 pandemic

We each have an interest in protecting against threats in our community. During these unusual and unsettling times, we at Cardon are working hard to promote the safety of our clients, our team, and our colleagues.

To this end, like each of you, we are adjusting our routine to comply with wise counsel and governmental directives aimed at preventing the unmitigated spread of COVID-19.

Our office was one of the first law firms in the State of Utah to adopt electronic recording, paperless court filings, and electronic signatures. For years now we have completed many legal matters without the need to meet in person. In light of virus concerns, we have now made the following additional adjustments:

  • As appropriate, we have transitioned to a remote work experience.
  • We are conducting all client consultations and meetings electronically via telephone or Zoom.
  • We have expanded our electronic signings and remote online notarizations to nearly all documents, including for estate planning matters.

As you might imagine, we are monitoring changes with the Utah Court system and are following health and safety directives and best-practices issued by local, state, and federal agencies.

We are committed to continuing to serve you and your family as we all cope with the rapidly changing landscape of the COVID-19 pandemic. Whatever your need, please reach out to us via text, email, or phone. We will respond as quickly as we can.

We appreciate for your understanding throughout these changing times. We wish you the very best and hope you and your family stay healthy.
