Nobody wants to worry about skyrocketing attorney fees. We understand that legal fees can be significant expense, that's why we have worked to take the mystery out of the cost of our services as much as possible. We work hard to be upfront about costs and fees from the very beginning.
Each of our business clients has unique needs that can vary from one day to the next. Whenever possible we prefer to provide service a flat fee service. However, the significant variance in the needs of our business clients often makes billing at the firm's hourly rates most economical. Organizing a single-member limited liability company can cost as little as $500 plus filing fees and other minor expenses.
A well-rounded, foundational estate plan for a single person can cost as little as $1,000 and $1,500 for a married couple. We charge even less for individual documents such as wills, powers of attorney, certifications of trust, etc.
When it comes to matters that require going beyond a foundational estate plan to deal with complex business, marital, or family circumstances, taxable estates, inheritance preservation, medicaid benefits, etc. we quote fees for these more complex matters on a case-by-case basis.
